    Day 1Arrival in Paro

    Upon arrival in Paro, you will be greeted by your tour guide and driver. Transfer to your hotel for check-in and rest. In the afternoon, visit the Paro Dzong, one of Bhutan’s finest examples of traditional architecture.

    Day 2Paro - Thimphu

    After breakfast, drive to Thimphu, the capital city of Bhutan. On the way, stop at Tachogang Lhakhang and visit the Iron Bridge. In Thimphu, visit the National Memorial Chorten, a stupa built in memory of the third king of Bhutan. Later, visit the Folk Heritage Museum and the Textile Museum.

    Day 3Thimphu

    Start your day with a visit to the Buddha Dordenma statue, one of the largest Buddha statues in the world. Then, visit the Takin Preserve to see Bhutan’s national animal, the takin. In the afternoon, visit the Trashi Chhoe Dzong, the seat of the Bhutanese government.

    Day 4Thimphu - Punakha

    After breakfast, drive to Punakha, the old capital of Bhutan. On the way, stop at Dochu La Pass to see the stunning Himalayan mountain range. In Punakha, visit the Punakha Dzong, one of the most beautiful dzongs in Bhutan.

    Day 5Punakha

    Start your day with a hike to Chimi Lhakhang, a temple dedicated to the “Divine Madman.” Later, visit the Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten, a beautiful temple built by the Queen Mother.

    Day 6Punakha - Paro
