    Kedarnath is a Hindu temple located in the Rudraprayag district of Uttarakhand, India. It is one of the four sacred shrines in Hinduism, known as Chardham, and is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

    The temple is situated at an altitude of 3,583 meters (11,755 feet) above sea level, on the banks of the Mandakini River, and is surrounded by the majestic Himalayan ranges.     Day 2Haridwar/Rishikesh to Guptkashi

    On the second day, start your journey towards Kedarnath. Drive from Haridwar/Rishikesh to Guptkashi, which is a small town and a popular stopover for pilgrims visiting Kedarnath. En route, you can visit the Devprayag, Rudraprayag, and other holy confluences. Check into your hotel in Guptkashi and spend the evening exploring the local markets and temples.

    Day 3Guptkashi to Kedarnath

    On the third day, start your journey towards Kedarnath. You can take a helicopter or trek to Kedarnath. The trek is around 16 km long, and it takes around 6-8 hours to complete. The trek passes through beautiful valleys and offers stunning views of the Himalayan ranges. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and visit the Kedarnath temple in the evening.

    Day 4Kedarnath to Guptkashi

    Day 5Guptkashi to Haridwar/Rishikesh

    On the fifth day, start your journey back to Haridwar/Rishikesh. En route, you can visit the Triyuginarayan temple, which is famous for its mythological significance. Upon arrival in Haridwar/Rishikesh, check into your hotel and spend the evening at leisure.

    Day 6Departure from Haridwar/Rishikesh

    On the last day of your Kedarnath tour, depart from Haridwar/Rishikesh. You can catch a train or flight back to your home city.
